LUNCH BREAK EVANGELISM – IN A TRUCK!

Four weeks ago a coworker told me that he saw something different in me and assumed that I go to church. I sensed that he wanted to learn more and gave my testimony to him and told him how God has been working in my life. He agreed to do the The Inquirer’s Bible Study with me. I was actually nervous when I looked over the lesson, concerned if I was qualified or experienced enough for questions that would come up.

Saved and Bearing Fruit!

Saved and Bearing Fruit!

We decided due to busy schedules we would spend our lunch breaks going over the lessons. So over the last three weeks we have spent our lunch hour a few days a week in my truck going over the lessons. I was blown away with how much thought he put into the answers – I remember just writing down the bold text as my answers. (Matt was saved a few years ago doing The Inquirer’s Bible Study.) Today we were in lesson 3. Our time was running out and I said we need to get back to work. He stopped me and said that he wanted to say a prayer. He then turned to the end of lesson 4 and prayed the prayer from the book. My heart was beating out of my chest as he prayed. I rejoice in telling you that my coworker and friend has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior! I am so encouraged that God used me in this situation and all glory goes to God.
